Shipping and return policy


Shipping costs

You can see the shipping costs for your country at check-out.

Shipping time

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the shipping time may be prolonged.

  • Switzerland: we send the Tailor Boxes by Swiss post. Parcel tracking is not possible. Normally you can expect your Tailor Box to arrive in 4-5 days after placing the order.
  • Germany: we send the Packages with Swiss post, which hands out the package to third party delivery service after crossing the border. Tracking is not possible and usual expected delivery time is 6-7 days after placing the order.

After we give the package to the Swiss post, you will usually receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
Please note that express delivery is not possible.

At the moment we only sell to the EU and Switzerland.

Order cancelations

We would like to point out that for Fabrics cut to your desired length and for Tailor Boxes (sewing sets) a right of revocation is excluded, as the fabric is individually cut to your specifications and individual needs. For goods, which are made after customer specifications or are cut clearly to the personal needs, a right on revocation is impossible according to § 18 exp. 1 Z 3 FAGG.


You have the right to return any damaged or falsely goods within 14 days after receiving your shipment.

The revocation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered as a whole.

In order to exercise your right to return damaged or falsely goods, you must notify us:

Inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to return your goods.

If you return your damaged or falsely goods with prior notice as stated above, we shall reimburse you no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received the goods that you have sent back. We will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you for these goods, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a different method of delivery from the standard, low-cost delivery offered by us). Such refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for such refund.

You shall return the goods immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your returning of the goods. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
