1. what are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are not included in the price of the order and will be added to it. The amount of shipping costs depends on the ordered product type. Information about the shipping costs can be found during the ordering process on the website of the respective product.
2. when and how will the ordered work be delivered?
2.1 The delivery time for standard delivery in Switzerland is approx. 4 working days from the order date.
2.2 Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be ex-warehouse to the delivery address you specify. After delivery, you will usually receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
2.3 What has to be considered for delivery abroad?
Please note that express delivery is not possible.
For shipments to countries within the EU, no additional taxes, customs duties or fees will apply.
2.4 To which countries will it be delivered?
At the moment we only sell to the EU and Switzerland.
3 How can I cancel my order?
3.1 We would like to point out that for Fabrics cut to your desired length and for Tailor Boxes (sewing sets) with freely selectable body measurements, fabrics, haberdashery or detail design (“individual product”) a right of revocation is excluded, as the Tailor Boxes created according to your specifications are individually made and tailored to your personal needs. For goods, which are made after customer specifications or are cut clearly to the personal needs, a right on revocation is impossible according to § 18 exp. 1 Z 3 FAGG.
3.2 Validity of the right of revocation for vouchers and fabric samples.

You have the right to revoke this contract for vouchers and/or fabric samples within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The revocation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered as a whole.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us, Alta Saint Gall GmbH, Webergasse 5, 9000 St. Gallen, Switzerland,
inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this Agreement. You can use the attached sample revocation form, which is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your revocation of this Agreement for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a different method of delivery from the standard, low-cost delivery offered by us). Such refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for such refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You shall return the goods immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the revocation of this Agreement. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
